What is the 9% commission?
EkoVendy takes 9% of each sale as a platform fee. This covers payment processing, escrow protection, and platform maintenance. There are no hidden charges.
How does the escrow work?
When a buyer pays, the money is held securely. It is released to you 24 hours after the buyer confirms delivery, or automatically after 72 hours if no dispute is raised.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time from your dashboard. Plans are billed monthly.
What happens if my plan expires?
Your store stays live but your product limit drops back to the Free tier (20 products). No orders are affected.
