What is the 9% commission?
EkoVendy takes 9% of each sale as a platform fee. This covers payment processing, escrow protection, and platform maintenance. There are no hidden charges.
How does the escrow work?
When a buyer pays, the money is held securely. It is released to you 24 hours after the buyer confirms delivery, or automatically after 72 hours if no dispute is raised.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
You can upgrade at any time from your dashboard. Paid plans are one-time upgrades.
Does my paid plan expire?
No. Growth and Pro are one-time upgrades for your store. No renewal is required.
